The Zard Full Kit, handcrafted and 100% Made in Italy, is built with premium materials: the structure (including the sleeve) is available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, with an stainless steel end cap. Available in a racing version (with removable dB-killer) with an exclusive satin or black finish.
The stainless-titanium version weighs only 2.1 kg (4.6 lbs), saving −6.1 kg (−13.4 lbs) compared to the original 8.2 kg exhaust. The full stainless steel version weighs 3.5 kg (7.7 lbs), with a saving of −4.7 kg (−10.4 lbs). In both setups, the reduced weight makes the scooter more agile and responsive, enhancing overall ride quality.
