The AMS intercooler features a massive 21 x 10.25 x 5.5 in. core for unmatched cooling in an intercooler that is 115% larger than stock, that’s more than double the size!

AMS is excited to release the F-150 and Raptor 3.5L and 2.7L EcoBoost Intercooler! The AMS intercooler features a massive 21 x 10.25 x 5.5 in. core for unmatched cooling in an intercooler that is 115% larger than stock, that’s more than double the size! The AMS intercooler features rough and tough bar and plate construction in a full bolt in kit with no cutting or trimming of your F-150. Because the AMS intercooler fits like an OEM piece it retains the factory brackets, top and bottom mounting locations, blow off valve, and factory air ducting.

CARB AND/OR EPA COMPLIANCE TESTING NOT COMPLETED

While we believe this product is either CARB EO exemption applicable, or complies with the EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy, we have not completed the required testing and administrative process at this time. This product is not available to purchase for emissions-controlled vehicles located within the state of California, or available to ship to California addresses, without a completed AMS Race Waiver form. International users outside of the United States should act in accordance with their local laws and regulations.
