The Trail Edition is a 3” straight-through catback configuration featuring a bespoke mid pipe resonator, and ends right after the rear axle, tucked up well out of the way of danger. You’re left with a rugged, USA-made exhaust that provides a bespoke, drone-free soundtrack and peace of mind unlike anything else on the market.

Crawlers and overlanders will be pleased with the serious ground clearance of the Trail Edition. The clean, three-inch, straight-through design ends directly after the rear axle, nestled up next to the spare wheel well and safe from harm’s way. You’ll be able to navigate even the most severe departure angles without a problem.

Next to ground clearance, trailblazers will love the covetable exhaust tone, courtesy of AWE 180 Technology. The Cat-Back will really sing on the trail! It provides a unique, no-drone sound that won’t overwhelm your passengers. How does it work? Exhaust gases will exit your 3.6L engine and flow into the mid-pipe resonator that’s equipped with 180 Technology. In doing so, they pass through ports and into reflection chambers. The exhaust gasses carry sound waves which then bounce off the walls of the reflection chambers.

AWE manages the size and location of the ports and chambers to control when the sound waves exit the chambers. The reflected sound waves combine with the main exhaust flow, creating a 180-degree out-of-phase sound wave that neutralizes troublesome frequencies.

AWE’s Trail Edition Cat-Back Exhaust System is completely developed, designed and made in-house in the United States for the best in quality. The system consists of three-inch and 2.5-inch U.S.-made CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel for strength and durability. The system fits perfectly and bolts on easily—zero cutting necessary!
