The factory clutch release fork is a wear and tear item just like anything else in the drivetrain, and it can be a common occurrence for the factory clutch fork to just break after years of use, and sometimes things such as a heavy duty pressure plate can eventually cause cracks that will lead to failure.

The Cusco Heavy Duty Clutch Release Fork has been designed to be the last clutch fork you’ll need as it has been fabricated from strong, high-grade metal materials. It will come powder-coated black for extra protection against rust and corrosion, and will come ready to install.
