The Rally Pack is a compact, 100% waterproof rear fender pack designed for rally and adventure riders. With a 2.5L capacity, it’s ideal for carrying small tools, dry gloves, or essential safety gear while keeping them secure and dry. Built from rugged 1000D Cordura®, it’s designed to withstand tough riding conditions. The pack includes innovative flush-mounted alloy fasteners for a secure and streamlined fit, preventing interference with your gear. Simple to install using the provided drilling guide, the Rally Pack is a must-have for riders who need reliable, weatherproof storage on the go.
Fitting Instructions:
- Remove the white liner and take the Rally Pack out of the packaging.
- Use the included packaging as a drilling guide and align it on the rear fender.
- Drill four 6mm holes where marked.
- Insert the alloy/stainless fasteners with nylon washers, ensuring the threaded fastener sits below the surface.
- Tighten counterclockwise and apply thread lock.
- Allow 24 hours for the thread lock to set before use.
