Triumph Speed twin 1200 Polished Titanium Exhaust 

Introducing an Exhaust System designed specifically for the classic Triumph Speed Twin 1200. This system is made from high-quality Ti1 Titanium and features a sleek, polished finish. It maintains the clean lines of the classic design while offering a powerful exhaust note, perfect for those who prefer a more performance-oriented experience. 

The titanium mufflers are designed to offer maximum exhaust flow for optimal sound and performance. The removable silencers are secured with a single bolt and can be removed in under a minute.

Appearance:

The surface finish is polished, and after just one ride, the headers begin to change to various colors, starting from the exhaust ports. Cleaning and maintaining titanium is straightforward since it doesn’t require the same polishing that stainless steel does. Titanium is resistant to staining and corrosion due to its high tolerance for acid and salt. Additionally, it dissipates heat twice as quickly as steel. To clean titanium, simply wipe it down with furniture polish and a clean cloth, and it will look like new again.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon utilize a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, ensuring ultrasonically perfect welds.

Tuning:

Although not required, tuning can be performed by a competent technician without any limitations imposed by the exhaust system on what a tuner can achieve.
